Kari Granger is the founder and CEO of The Granger Network, an executive and leadership development firm. The Granger Network supports individual leaders, national and international associations, institutions, military units, corporations, and organizations that specialize in health care, military and higher education.

Kari collaborates with a specialized team of consultants and coaches, working with clients at every organizational level. A thought leader in her field, Kari and her team equip leaders with robust tools and training that build trust, exhibit bravery and embrace authentic conversations in a way that spurs productive action.

Kari is a decorated former U.S. Air Force officer who has worked closely with numerous branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and governmental agencies. She is also a wife and mother with a strong interest in working alongside leaders who are committed to being present for their family while fulfilling their personal global purpose.

Kari’s adversities have shaped her experience and success, and she believes it’s not about the events, it’s about who we become as we manage them. She also believes balancing feminine and masculine energy breeds power, grounding and authenticity.

On the latest episode of The Everyday Millionaire, Kari discusses the three domains of leadership and management competence, her overarching leadership philosophy, and the four significant conversations for trust. She also shares her military background, her experience of being a woman, and the appreciation she has for her sisters and what they have contributed to her life.
