Chris Westrop BC
Chris joined REIN in February 2013, and has made an impact on REIN Members lives by providing them with exceptional service and a superior insurance product. Members who work with Chris are left with a solid peace of mind, knowing that they have the best coverage available to them.
Chris is consistently present for Members when they have claims, and he does everything he can to help them with the process. Chris looks at his 2015 success from his companys point of view, and has said that their biggest success this year is the continued growth in the relationships with both REIN and REIN Members.
Tyler Uzelman AB North
A Platinum Pin award winner, Tyler joined REIN in November 2003, and has been an active REIN Member since, attending meetings and sharing his experience with other Members in person, via email, and by phone.
Tyler truly wants to see others succeed, and is always sharing what information he has in order to try to keep others from harm, or to make their lives a bit easier.
In addition to attending and speaking at many REIN events, Tyler has dealt with the property management of many REIN Members properties. Handling the day-to-day aspects, ensuring vacancies are mitigated, and giving advice on everything from maintenance to sales, Tyler has done his best to follow the best practices he has learned from REIN.
His biggest success this year came while speaking at a REIN event. Tyler was speaking during a breakout landlording session at the Edmonton ACRE, and could really see understanding dawn on his listeners. It was that moment, when he was able to impart knowledge, that he considers most rewarding.
Dale Koeller AB South
A Private Lender with Calvert Home Mortgages, Dale joined REIN in November 2012.
Dale contributes his time and expertise to the REIN community. He sees many like-minded individuals among REIN Members, and hopes that he can continue to be one of the communitys trusted advisors. Dale enjoys helping investors avoid pitfalls, and more importantly, achieve their greatest results.
For Dale, it is extremely gratifying to be part an investors journey, particularly when they take big leaps because they are supported by their real estate team professionals. He feels that it is his job as a real estate professional to help investors leverage their knowledge, skills, plans, and most significantly their capital to achieve the best results possible. In fact, when asked to describe a success story from 2015, Dale described a success story from one of his clients, not a success story of his own. For him, his success is rooted in the success of his clients.
George Dube & Peter Cuttini Ontario
George joined REIN in October 2011, and Peter in December 2010. They have been consistently providing quality information, updates and guidance for REIN Members across the country from a practical tax and accounting perspective, whether clients or not. George and Peter have helped participate in the successes of REIN Members by making themselves and team members available during REIN meetings and events, and for quick questions from Members through email either directly from members or through the messages sent through the REIN office.
One story that really stands out for George and Peter is the story of a couple who were struggling to refinance their existing and upcoming portfolio acquisitions. The couple tried the method George and Peter advised them to use when dealing with financial institutions and in the end, they had two banks competing for their portfolio.
George and Peter are truly diligent, hardworking, supportive members of the community who want to see others succeed.
