She has been part of the Focus Team for Barry McGuire’s Rapid Cash Program for both the Toronto and Vancouver conferences, a process that requires intensive preparation behind the scenes and many hours of providing post-event support to students. Both Sean and Dani also took part in the creation of REINs strategic partnership with Google to film snackable videos on professional real estate tips.
Sean also regularly represents investors to community associations and has acted on their behalf for secondary suite development and building permit submissions. Dani has presented to insurance brokers and financial planners on real estate investing for their continuing education.
They worked closely with the City of Calgary to create a secondary suite video designed to promote suite safety and awareness.
SCOTT STREET BC
Scott joined REIN in July 2008 and is Gold Pin winner. He is also the Co-Founder of Summit Pacific Properties. Because of the unique residential investing strategy the company employs, Scott always tries to be as open as possible about his successes and failures. He is known for always making himself available to talk with both established and up and coming REIN Members, and is often heard saying Introduce me to someone you think I could help.
Both Scott and his business partner Nick believe that sharing their building and development systems (which they have paid for both financially and also financially through their mistakes) will help others get to their goals faster. They also believe in giving back: Scott has worked to mentor up and coming leaders, helps out at a monthly soup kitchen, and has worked with family and friends to assemble care baskets for youth at risk around Christmas.
Both he and Nick support One Life, One Chance, an organization that brings hope and redevelopment through the support and training of local people in Mexico by giving $1000 from every sale to help build houses for families in need. He was part of a task force for another non-profit that studied how to leverage the organizations very large equity to performing assets (real estate) to help grow the income of the organization to fund new initiatives.

Daniel is known for always going above and beyond in providing others with advice and guidance He always carries himself as an honorable, approachable, and open resource willing to share laughs and insights into the varied world of real estate investments. Those who have worked with Daniel have remarked that he never asks for anything in return, with one REIN Member commenting that he was genuinely interested in my success, even though it would not benefit him in the least.
Daniel has been busy this past year, corresponding with Members across the country, providing advice, sending free eBooks and special reports, and giving presentations. In 2015, he presented 15 times, including at the Investors Forum in March. DENISE AND STUART MACPHERSON – Ontario
Members since 2010, Denise and Stuart are Silver Pin award winners and Level 1 Real Estate Investment Advisors. They have been instrumental in supporting both novice and experienced REIN Members in a number of ways in 2015. They strongly believe that real estate investing, while a team sport should be pursued cooperatively rather than competitively. They subscribe to the theory that a rising tide raises all ships, and for this reason, Denise and Stuart always make an effort to be helpful and supportive to REIN members. They operate by the words of Zig Ziglar: You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.
Its this attitude that has led to many kind words from REIN Members who have commented that they cant think of anyone else who has given so much of their time because they truly want to help others be successful in real estate. Other sentiments shared include that they are not in this just for themselves but so that everyone gets ahead in the real estate field. Denise was commended for helping a Member feel closer to their goals and a little more confident in this scary adventure.
They constantly go above and beyond in providing support to REIN Members. This year they held monthly breakfasts for REIN Members in Ottawa, opened their home monthly to REIN Members and others to play the Cashflow 101 board game, assisted in the delivery of the REIN Quarterly meetings in Ottawa, and made the 5 hour drive from Ottawa to Toronto to attend the local meeting.
Denise and Stuart regularly attend the monthly meetings of OREIO, the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization, are strong supporters of their church, and have volunteered with, and made donations to, the Ottawa-wide The Big Give event. They have also acted as Captains for the First Place Option center fundraiser and helped with fundraising for The Mission and Habitat for Humanity.
