The dramatic upgrade in your REIN member benefits has been taken even further.

When this was mentioned to a long-term member, he asked, “Why spend the time, e ffort and money it takes to upgrade an already very effective program? It works!” Good question. The only answer we could give him was, quite simply: It’s what we have always done in our 20+ years of existence, and that’s why Members have been so successful over the decades.

Markets shift, technologies improve, and real estate strategies change. Ensuring Members have all the tools to stay ahead of the market demands that we keep upgrading, improving and stretching.

Historically, these member upgrades have come in small incremental steps followed by large structural updates. This is not our first major upgrade to members’ benefits and experiences.

In the past, the larger structural updates like this one have sometimes felt a little uncomfortable for some Members (until they began to dive in and experience the results). We liken it to buying a new pair of quality shoes. You know you need them, but you LOVE the feel of your old ones. Once you’ve worn the new pair a few times, you really start to see how much better you feel in them. We are calling this big upgrade, “REIN 3.0.”

REIN 1.0 began in 1991, to create a community of investors seeking the tools and education to give them an edge. REIN 2.0 began when took over fully, dramatically enhancing the membership education and experience to make us the best at what we do, in Canada.

With the support of Patrick Francey, Richard Dolan and a growing REIN team and faculty, REIN 3.0 builds on Don’s leadership and puts us on the path toward our vision: “To become the most trusted, respected, and sought after authority on real estate investing”. Our goal in this shift from 2.0 to 3.0 is to preserve what’s best, and upgrade the rest.

In fact our REIN 3.0 upgrade has already begun. Many of you have been trying on this ‘new pair of shoes’ over the last 12 months and frankly they may have felt uncomfortable. That’s okay and to be expected. But the results that many members are already beginning to create are showing that the discomforts of change will all be worth it.
