Dragons’ Den Real Estate Investor Program 2015 Scholarship Announcement

The London Academy of Entrepreneurship (LAOE) is proud to have concluded delivering its 10 month Real Estate Investment Business Program to over 750 REIN members. The program is based on the published works of John Vyge, “The Dragons’ Den Guides to Business.”

As part of the concluding module, select business plan submissions were presented to a panel of “Dragons”. The authors of these submissions will receive a $250 scholarship from The London Academy of Entrepreneurship. The panel was comprised of some of REIN’s most highly celebrated and accomplished real estate investors and thought leaders.

One winning presenter has been selected for each of the following cities and shall receive a scholarship in the amount of $1,000:

Toronto                   Rachel Oliver

Vancouver              Bruce Nicmans / Christine Kopr

Calgary                   Keith Uthe

Edmonton               Ryan Lake

All recipients have now been contacted by LAOE and will be awarded their scholarships shortly. The scholarships are non-transferable, bear no cash value, and must be used within the calendar year of being awarded.

REIN would like to extend their congratulations to all participating Members as well as those that invested the effort behind the scenes. LAOE asserts that many of those that participated grew their business acumen measurably and exited the program with an appreciation for a business plan or completed one “The Dragons’ Den Way”.
